Homemade Cuisine

From traditionally simple cuisine of Eifel region to nutritious vegetarian diet your well-being is taken care of. Breakfast is rich and concerted with your individual diet.

Our food products are from the region and from farm houses working with biological cultivation. Our herbal teas are from Tee- und Kräuterzentrum Naturborn.

In the first place we are a full-board small hotel, but for individual requests we also offer half-board accommodation.

Your special requests, as for instance sugar free diet or fasting cure according to Dr. Buchinger are our concerns. For self-supplying groups we deliver complementary products on demand.

In our stress management and relief seminars we offer lectures to diet and fasting cures.
