Trier:

Visit Trier, located at river Mosel, the oldest city of Germany. The archaeological excavations from Roman times are worth seeing. The emblem of the town, Porta Nigra is a well reserved juwel of cultural heritage. The amphitheater, the cattle market, the Emperor's and the Barbara thermal baths are witnesses of a metropolis of Ancient Rome. The Medieval market place and the cathedral are just as well worth seeing.

Take the train from Bullay using the "Rheinland Pfalz ticket".
